Elstree Film & Television Studios was first established in 1926 and is still recognised as one of the leading studios in the UK. It is located close to the centre of London, offers competitive prices and luxurious facilities as well as boasting over 60,000 sq ft of stage space.

The Studios are totally independent providing 6 sound stages and 1 silent stage. Our 2 largest stages are the tallest in the UK with a height of 50 feet and 15,770 sq ft each.

Elstree has been host to countless film and TV productions including Moby Dick, The Dam Busters, Indiana Jones, The Shining, and the Star Wars trilogy to name but a few. More recently Closer, Proof, Sky Captain and The World of Tomorrow and The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy have all used our facilities.
